Welcome Back for Fall 2023!

We're starting the year off with some amazing new things. As RSO Student Leaders, you'll want to be in the know about Mav Central, First Friday RSO Leadership Launch, the First Friday RSO Student Leader Training series, the Involvement Fair, & getting your RSO Re-Registered for the year! All of this is designed to set you up to achieve YOUR GOALS for the year! 

Re-Registration is now live and is due by Monday, Oct. 2 at 8 a.m.

If you know anyone interested in starting a new RSO, that process will open on the first day of fall classes.

Mav Central connects you with student organizations, their events, and volunteer opportunities! As RSO student leaders, you'll want to learn all you can about Mav Central as it is our new RSO management software and it has some powerful tools. For example, the email you're reading was built in Mav Central!

On mnsu.edu/MavCentral, we have linked some helpful videos to help you get started. We will also be offering drop-in sessions on the following Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m. in CSU 204:  August 22, 29, and Sept. 19.

Please Note:  As of 8/11/2023 at 3:15 p.m. star ids are not uploaded so Single Sign On won't work for most of you. To access your account, use your mnsu.edu email address & click "forgot password". If you find you aren't recognized, email rso-office@mnsu.edu along with what group you're a member of and we'll get you added!

Reserve Your Table Today!

Sign up is now open for RSOs to reserve a table at the Involvement Fair & CSU Mall Fest on Wednesday, Aug. 30! We have room for over 50 RSOs to table this year so let's make this the best attended tabling event ever! 

Other elements of the event include: live music, petting zoo, hotdogs, and non-profit agencies promoting their volunteer opportunities.
Aug. 25 Leadership Launch

As part of the annual RSO Re-Registration process, all RSOs are required to send at least one member to the First Friday RSO Leadership Launch on Friday, Aug. 25 from 4-6:15 p.m. in the CSU Ballroom. Register on Mav Central!

  • Keynote by Jeff Venekamp: Going from Here to There
  • And More!

Aug. 25 RSO Leadership Launch is required, but mark your calendars for these additional leadership opportunities
