Join us for a guided Forest Bathing Walk designed especially for college students seeking a break from stress, screens, and busy schedules.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this experience invites you to slow down and engage your senses as we walk mindfully along the Fitness Trail. You’ll be guided through simple activities like deep breathing, quiet observation, and reflective pauses that help you reconnect with yourself and the environment around you.

No hiking experience is needed.

What to bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- An open mind

This event is weather dependent and updates will be sent to all who register ahead of time.
