RSO Officers & Advisors, thank you for making 2023-24 an amazing year. Here are a few thoughts as we wrap up the semester and look ahead toward the fall.

Update Your Mav Central Roster!
If you have officers graduating, please update your officer roster on Mav Central! Key communication will be sent to those listed as officers! If you don't update this, you will miss out on important info! Here's a video to show you how.

RSO Re-Registration 2024-25

• The annual RSO Re-Registration period will run from Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024 at 8 a.m. through Monday, Sept. 30, 2024 at 8 a.m. 
• Failure to re-register by the deadline will result in room reservations being cancelled, access to university email removed, and loss of other RSO privileges. 
• Note:  For RSOs under the Fraternity & Sorority Life umbrella, registration will open on Nov. 1 and be due on Dec. 2.

• This fair is a great opportunity for your RSO to recruit new members! 
• You can also use this time to explore opportunities with community non-profits looking for volunteers!
• The form to sign up for a table will open on Aug. 1.

• Leadership Launch will prepare RSO officers for a successful year leading their respective RSOs. Every RSO must send at least one representative to Leadership Launch as a requirement of the annual re-registration process! 
• RSVPs and invites will be sent on Aug. 1.

• Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, Sept. 16-18
• Discover: some sessions will be designed for students who are looking for ways to get involved on campus! 
• Inspire: the keynote and other sessions will inspire all participants to strive for excellence in leadership.
• Recruit: other sessions will be designed for you - RSO Officers - with a focus on growing your RSO membership through effective recruitment strategies and more.
• Been There, Done That: The always popular Student Leader Panel will return to the schedule as well!
• Events will start at 5:30 p.m. each evening.
