Update Officer Roster on Mav Central 

Ensure your RSO stays in the loop by updating your officer positions on Mav Central! The RSO office uses the officer rosters to build the recipient list for RSO newsletters. Important communication in the summer and early fall includes topics like: 

  • the annual Re-Recognition process and deadlines,  

  • required officer training dates, 

  • the RSO & Volunteer Fair,  

  • and more!  

Elections not happening until fall? That’s okay! But add student leaders (or potential student leaders) who are not graduating so your RSO gets the important info.

Share Passwords & Other Login Info 

Nothing is worse than getting locked out of an organization’s social media account. Share login information and passwords if your RSO has Discord, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, or other social media accounts. Keep track of how different platforms work – for instance, for Meta Business and/or Facebook you need to grant admin access to users rather than share passwords. For your @mnsu.edu email account, you can request access for new student leaders through this request form on Mav Central. 

 

Please return the RSO locker keys !!!

Please return your key at the RSO office (CSU 173)  and empty out materials from your lockers by Friday, April 26, 12:00 p.m. to avoid a $50 charge and disposal of items in lockers.
