Kohl's is hosting an Emerging Talent Summit for Freshmen and Sophomores interested in retail careers, virtually from May 14th-16th, 2024. Freshmen (graduating Fall 2025-Summer 2026) attend the first day, while Sophomores (graduating Fall 2026-Summer 2027) participate all three days. Attendees will gain insights into Sustainability and #LifeAtKohls, explore various career paths, and hear from Kohl's leaders and former interns. Sophomores will collaborate on a Case Study and receive a guaranteed first-round internship interview for Summer 2025. Limited spots available, applications open March 4th.
